GE518 Micro-computer Real Time Monitoring for Warping MachineIntroduce for Warping Machine
The warping machine is our new developed product. The diameter of the beam can be monitored and the tension can be controlled during warping by micro computer control system, which can make sure the same diameter of the beam group and the length.
This warping machine is suitable for warping cotton yarn, viscose, blending yarn, polyamide and polyester filament, low elastic polyester fiber, viscose, and short-fiber yarn.

3. According to the mother beam, the sub-beam with same perimeter are to be made;

5. The load and unload of the beam is controlled pneumatically, up and down in line, the motion is stable and postion is precise, The break of main shaft adopts pneumatic brakes;
6. The warping machine can set the beams, i. E. According to the mother beam, the sub-beams with same perimeter and rotations can be made.
