DRJ6/1 type double needle bar jacquard warp knitting machine is a new type of warp knitting machine. This machine is suitable for knitting polyester, nylon, polypropylene, acrylic, viscose and general chemical fiber and spinning cotton yarn, blended yarn and other natural fibers, knitted yarn or plain double warp fabric. Woven fabric by cutting, trimming, dyeing, embossing, printing, gluing with other fabric composite and other finishing, can form the villus height of 1-6 mm general fabric and 2-12 mm spacer fabric.
This fabric is soft nad plentful, as plush yarn is pressed into ring and is not easy to fall off from the bottom cloth. This fabric can be widely used for car cushion, sofa, mattress, wall cloth, cotton blanket and curtains, household decoration, can also be used for clothing and shoes materials.
Main functions and features for warp knittig machine
1. Electronic jacquard system is equipped which can form three-dimensional jacquard.
2. Ground comb and hair comb both adopt full electronic control( servo motor and ball screw drive), which operated and changed process more convenient.
3. Loop transmission mechanism adopts the eccentric connecting rod mechanism and the fuel tank with heating, oil circulation and temperature control system, so that the machine is affected by temperature is smaller which conducive to the stability and the weaving speed increase.
4. It adopts EBA electronic draw to make sure the operation easier.
5. Separate type creel and electronic let-off ensure the system's stability and reliability.
